Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Invoices: Deposit: a. A deposit is required to secure your booking. b. The deposit is refundable up until the week of the booked charter date (7 calendar days). c. If you cancel your booking within 7 calendar days of the charter date, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Rescheduling: a. Reschedules are only available up until the week of your charter (7 calendar days). b. If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 calendar days prior to the original charter date. c. Rescheduling is subject to availability. d. If you have someone to replace your booking, we will happily swap bookings, subject to approval and availability. Payment: a. The remaining funds must be settled on the day of the charter. b. We accept payment in person via Venmo, Card, or Cash. c. Please ensure that you have the necessary funds available for payment on the charter day. Weather-related Cancellations: a. In the event we cancel the charter due to weather conditions, we will notify you by email. b. Please check your email on the morning of the charter for any updates. c. In case of weather-related cancellations, we will issue a full refund of the deposit. Please read and understand these terms and conditions before booking.
